About Me

I’ve always believed that every brand (just like every person) has a story waiting to be told. Mine began as a biology major and communication minor, an unusual blend that made me just as fascinated with the intricacies of how things work as with the ways we connect and communicate.

After college, I jumped into the corporate world and explored just about everything—from animal rehabilitation to project management. No matter the role, I always found myself drawn to creative problem-solving. I loved reimagining workflows, designing engaging trainings, and finding that extra spark that turned a customer interaction into a real connection. Along the way, I learned that creativity thrives within structure. When supported by solid systems and thoughtful project management, it can really shine.

Born and raised in central Connecticut, I’ve been fortunate to live in several states (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Oregon to name a few) and study abroad in Tanzania, with travels to Scotland and England. Throughout my travels I’ve learned that every community, culture, and creature has wisdom to share; as long as you take the time to listen.

My experiences have taught me the power of authenticity. When a brand shows up as its true self (with a distinct voice and purpose) clients don’t just notice, they remember. Today, I blend analytical thinking with creative storytelling to help brands uncover what makes them unique and communicate it in ways that feel both genuine and strategic.

I’ve learned the most impactful stories are those that blend data with imagination, process with passion, and facts with feeling. That’s exactly what I offer for your brand: storytelling that isn’t just memorable, but also meaningful, measurable, and unmistakably yours.

Life Today

Based in Tampa, FL, I share life with my partner, two rescue dogs (Mia and Mara), and one senior cat (Moja-who runs the house). I’m passionate about animal care and holistic health, and I’ve even dabbled in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. When I’m not working, you’ll find me watching true crime or exploring the latest vegan spots around Tampa Bay.

My advice to my younger self? You are enough.
